    Products that do not meet these criteria will not be changed.

     

    Custom made products (custom design shoes, shoes with half sizes, etc.) cannot be changed or refunded.

    Women's shoes photos on our online store are with 13-Pont heels unless stated otherwise. Please note that, if you choose a heel height other than 13-Pont, the shape and the surface of the heel may change and look different from the product visual.     All our shoes are hand-crafted by master shoemakers in our workshop. It is natural and to have slight differences of colour in the resulting product than the product photograph, since we work with different batches of different materials. Especially when it comes to leather, it is not possible to obtain the very same colour in different batches. This is natural and is a part of the hand-crafted shoe-making process. Similarly, in shoes where fabric material is used, the patterns may vary slightly from the photograph.

    We care about how you look and how you feel when you wear Adornos. We put our best efforts to produce the best shoes according to your needs that will keep you comfortable and elegant on the dance floor for a long time.
