The buyer can change the shoes if;
the shoes received are different from the order
the shoes are damaged
the shoe size needs to be changed.
To be eligible for a change for the shoe size;
The product should be purchased in the last 30 days
The product should be in its original packaging
The product shouldn't be used or damaged
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be changed.
Custom made products (custom design shoes, shoes with half sizes, etc.) cannot be changed or refunded.
